Description: This is a very small project that I needed, and I decided to share it with everyone.  You simply add how many and which contestants you want to the database (txt file) and click generate winner.  It will create a file with the current month and year for a name and the winner within that file.  You must be careful to enter a number when setting how many contestants you are entering, if you don't, you may get an error "0 is the winner for this month!".
